He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Jr. Eubank and JoAnn M. Eubank (Houdyshell). He is survived by: his children, Elissa Tanner (Dean) of Bluffton, Ashley S. Eubank of Columbia City, IN and Holden M. Eubank of Decatur, IN; his grandchildren, Gavin, Khloe, Noah, Kolten, Ella, Camdyn, Jordynn and Harper; and his siblings, Kenneth E. Eubank (Nan) of Huntertown, IN and Sharon K. Mullins of Ft. Wayne.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Goodwin - Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel (3220 IN-124, Bluffton, IN 46714).
