Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Thomas Jearl Rupert (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away at the age of 81, on July 15, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Rupert and Phyllis Rupert; and his wife Julia Rupert. He is survived by: his children, Laura Landrigan (Chris), Ruth Ann Dowler (Bruce), Matthew Rupert (Kandice) and Kelly Roth (Todd); and his sister Cheri Mattox. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; one great-grandson.
