Thomas Owen Hazelett Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Owen Hazelett of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Hazelett and Winifred Schaefer (Hazelett); his wife Sharon A. Hazelett (Manis); and his granddaughter Amber Hazelett. He is survived by: his children, Rick Hazelett (Cheri) of Decatur, Alan Hazelett of Woodburn, Kim Hazelett of Fort Wayne and Michelle Clark (Travis) of Westfield, Indiana; his grandchildren, Chelsey, Caleb, Toby, Landon and Brady; and his great grandchildren, Brantley, Scarlette and Emersyn.
