He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Clemmens Wermuth Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Wermuth of Fort Wayne, IN; his mother Jacqueline Hutmacher; his children, Rob Wermuth and Brooke Wermuth; his stepdaughter Nicole Gerardot; and his brothers, Al Wermuth (Nancy) of Fort Wayne, IN and William Wermuth of Fort Wayne, IN.
