He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd W. Tupper and Marcelle Tupper; and his brothers, John Tupper, Robert Tupper and Gary Tupper.

He is survived by: his wife Brigette Tupper; his son Matt Tupper (Abby Lee Dunn); his siblings, Don Tupper (Judy) of Columbia City, IN, Barbara Geise (Dave) of Fort Wayne, IN and Marilyn Butler of Fort Wayne, IN; and his grandchildren, Maliyah Everett, Brinna Garabedian, Madilyn Bacon, Alivia Bacon, Tyler Tupper, Mason Tupper and Rylee Hillyard.
