She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Elbert A. Smith (Smitty); and her son Jeff. She is survived by: her brother Jim Armentrout (Rebecca); and her children, David (Helen), Peggy and Fort Wayne. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
