She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Stanford and Ruth Stanford; and her husband Donald Paul Stein. She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Wisel (Andrea), Jaclyn Solari (Michael) and Joshua Stein (Lauren); and her siblings, Jeff Stanford (Tracy), Tommy Stanford and Kathy Meade. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Preferred Memorials in Tammy's memory are to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
