He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wolford and Dorothylou Wolford; and his brother Dennis (David Wolford). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Wolford (Foy); his children, Jennifer Wolford (Randy Tunks) and James Wolford (Crystal); and his grandchildren, David, Keanu and Caya Wolford. He is also survived by Several nephews, nieces, extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Northside Missionary Church in Steven's memory.
