It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Bailey of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on October 18, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Warren Bailey and Faye Irene Patterson; and his stepfather James Whittaker. He is survived by: his siblings, William R. Bailey (Debra) of Mechanicsville, VA and Wendy Mallory (John) of Chesapeake, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
