It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen Edward Lowden of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in New Haven, Indiana, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Eugene R. Lowden. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lowden (Bobbie); his children, Stephen Eugene Lowden of Chicago, John E. Mattingly Jr. (Sherry) of Cincinnati, Elizabeth Toth (Gary) of Ft. Wayne and Laura Stevens (Ben) of Ft. Wayne; and his siblings, Robert Lowden (Dorene) and Sharon White (David).
