We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2023, at the age of 52, Stacy Ellen Kaplan of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Mark; her son Mark; her parents, Jack Folk and Joyce Folk; her sister Alyssa Chirch (Derek); her parents-in-law, Robert and Norma Kaplan; and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Koultourides (George), Debbie Beck (Brad) and Linda Shank (Lennie). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the National Scleroderma Foundation (scleroderma.org).
