She is survived by: her husband Larry Howard; her children, Keith L. Howard, Craigg L. Howard and Nicole S. Howard-Milligan (Kelvin); her grandchildren, Minique Govan-Taylor, Cameryn Howard, Kyla Howard, Jabreen Howard Sr., LeAndra Milligan and Aniyah Milligan; her great grandchildren, Kiaya Taylor and Jabreen Howard Jr.; her grandchildren, Jurnee Brunson, Jh'Ream Walker, Denise Brunson and Jaheim Jackson; her siblings, Charles Riggens (Mae), Ronnie Riggens (Sharon), Ardest Riggens (Reatta), George Riggens (Valerie), Finney Riggens (Martha), Louis Riggens (Vicki), Donnell Riggens, Gloria Holmes, Pat Terry (Owen) and Barbara Cleaves; her siblings-in-law, Hazel Caldwell, Bernice Howard, Joann Davis, Cleretta, Fletcher Howard (Barbara), Graylin Howard and James Branigan; and her sisters, Emma Williams, Catherine Upshaw and Cynthia Upshaw.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 1835 Spring St, Fort Wayne, IN 46808. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
