She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman Albert Peterson, Sr. and Martha Peterson (Brooks). She is survived by : her daughter Porsche J. Williams; her grandsons, Jalen Lockett and Donovan Williams; and her siblings, Pamela Hines (Glynn), Herman Albert Peterson, Jr. (Liz), Stanley Peterson (Lydia), Clyde Peterson (Rosabelle) and Gregory Peterson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Viewing was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ellis Funeral Home (1021 E Lewis St, Fort Wayne, IN 46803). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
