As Shirley Ann departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Shirley Ann. Though Shirley Ann may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Madden and Evelyn Madden; and her husband Guy Foltz, Jr. (Tug). She is survived by: her brother Larry Madden (Mavis); and her children, Scott Foltz (Kathy), Lisa Troutner (Randy), Todd Foltz (Michelle) and Rick Foltz (Bobbie). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes – Covington Knolls (8325 Covington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
