He is survived by: his close friend Carol Gilbert; his children, Scott Lawson (Ann) of Arjay, KY, Jake Lawson (Janeen) of Arjay, KY, Nicole Williams (Layla), Jessica Roark, Brandon Lawson, Tyler Lawson, Heidi Tonak and Sara Lawson; his grandchildren, Courtney Dixon (Dustin), Shawn Lawson, Ashley Lawson, Amber Lawson, Hunter Lawson, Dalton, Alexus Lawson, Kassiedeigh Lawson, Brayden Lawson, Kyleigh Lawson, Cashtian, Jadyn, Cierra Keller, Tagan Williams, Isaac, Logan, Kierrah Roark, Alec, Miller, Kimberly Smullen (Sean), Brittany Barth, Troy Topp, Sierra Schuessler, Oksanna Lawson, Phara Christman, Antonio and Alejandro Martinez; and his siblings, Lonnie Lawson (Sue) of Wooster, Clyde Wayne Saylor (Kim) of Missouri, Bonnie Young of Mill Creek, KY, Christine Knuckles of McKee, KY and Susie Saylor of Stoney Fork, KY.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Inc. (106 Cherry St, Pineville, KY 40977). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
