She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton S. Marks and Lois Ann Marks (Witte); her stepmother Hildegarde; and her husband William A. Dillon, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, William A. Dillon, Jr. (Terry), Susan J. Hathaway (William) and Julie A. Allen (Danny); and her sister Judith Winters. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
