She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shaw and Martha Shaw (Foos); her husband Leroy Spice; and her brother James Shaw. She is survived by: her children, William Spice (Tammy), Debbie Bain (Charles), Donna Spice and Peggy Jones (Moses); and her siblings, Norma Caudill, John Hoffman and Robert Shaw. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
