He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Reader and Lavon Reader; and his brothers, Greg Reader and Rick Reader. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Reader; his daughters, Melissa Irk (Randy) and Amanda Boldt (Dan); his stepchildren, Dan Smith (Michelle) and Shayla Smith; his sister Colleen Firestine; and his sister-in-law Katie Reader. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Humane Fort Wayne.
