He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Spisak and Kathleen Spisak. He is survived by: his children, Skyeler Spisak, Ellissia Wisniewski, Larissa Keener and Cassidy Vachon; and his brother Jeff Spisak (Kristen). He is also survived by two nieces; several cousins.
