Sandra Kay Funk Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Kay Funk of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Pampa, Texas, who passed away on November 29, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lila Middaugh and Isam Middaugh. She is survived by: her husband Leslie Neil Funk, Jr.; her children, Rich Turner (Sondra), Leslie Funk, III, Sandy Bougher (Kevin) and Christina Funk; her grandchildren, Greg Moyer, Zane Bougher, Cassidy Bougher, Wyette and Adelaide Funk; her great grandchildren, Jace and Callen Moyer; her sister-in-law Renee Weber (Mike); and her brother David Middaugh (Mary). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in her honor may be directed to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
