She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel K. Starks and Lucinda Starks; and her sisters, Lucy Sanders and Odessa Stewart. She is survived by: her husband William; her daughter Patricia; her granddaughters, LaShonda Mazique-Smith (DeWayne) of Indianapolis, IN and LaKeisha Branigan (Troy) of Indianapolis, IN; her great grandchildren, Amaiya Branigan, SaNia Mazique-Smith and Aristen Branigan; and her siblings, Buster Starks (Doris), Edward Starks (Mary), Ethel Martin (Roosevelt), David Starks (Colette) and Lucinda Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
