She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kortokrax and Madeline Kortokrax; and her sister Susan Kortokrax. She is survived by: her significant other Charles "Butch" Reed; her children, Todd Miller (Laura) and Tracey Davis; her siblings, Robert Kortokrax, Rick Kortokrax (Mary Jane) and Jill Lees; and her grandchildren, Nicole (Christopher), Penar (Madeline), Daniel (Karissa), Miller (Franklin), Erica Smith (Calvin), Amanda Keating (Joshua), Anthony Davis (Jonathan), Andrew Davis, Blake Davis (Lillian) and Alexis Davis.

Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Fort Wayne or American Diabetes Association.
