She was predeceased by: her parents, Kirk Kelley and Sadie Kelley (Morris); her brothers, Thomas, Franklin, Floyd, Wilbert, Robert and Frederick Kelly; and her daughter-in-law Mary K. Parnell.
She is survived by: her children, Kyle D. Parnell (Donielle) of Fort Wayne, Kelley J. Parnell-Fisher (Reg) of Freedom, WI and Kris Parnell (Jodi) of Columbia City. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
