With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Hope Sr. of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on July 13, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Hope, and James Hope, Sr.; his wife Mary E. Hope; his daughter Diane Rowles; his granddaughter Juanita Rowles (Cookie); and his great grandchild Alrannus Rowles.
He is survived by: his brother James Hope, Jr.; his sons, Roy Hope, Jr., Darryl Hope, Edward Hope of Fort Wayne and Sam Hope (Virginia) of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Carrie Tucker, Willie Hope and Jonnie Hope. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and innumerable relatives and friends.
