It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Whitaker of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Thompson and Rosetta Thompson; and her siblings, Judy R. Fraze and Daniel J. Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Charles H Whitaker Jr.; her children, Cheri Whitaker, Bruce D. Whitaker and Charles "Chuck" H. Whitaker III (Judy); her grandchildren, Josh Geise, Daniel James Gebhart, Tyler Whitaker, Daniel Whitaker, Samantha Claymiller, Camielle Gebhart, Jessica Goodpaster and Sarah Whitaker; and her sister Theresa Cramar. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital.
