He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy. He is survived by: his children, Julie A. Wear (Robert) of Lexington, Suzanne M. Donalson (Robert) of Houston, Jennifer E. Paris (David) of Fort Wayne and Brent L. Blakley of Bloomington; and his grandchildren, Tom, Steve, Matt, Bobby, Tony, Lara, Christy, Bonnie and Lynn. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
