He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dresser and June Dresser. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dresser; his children, Rachel Dresser, Leah Dresser and Jimmy Dresser (Joffrey Kent); his stepchildren, Jena Knouff (Nick), James Kvas (Natalie) and Joe Kvas; and his grandchildren, Jalen Thompson, Oliver Knouff, Owen Knouff and Jameson Wayne Dresser.

Memorials may be made to the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission and The Lighthouse Community Center.
