He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hultquist and Flora Hultquist; and his siblings, Dickie, David, Stanley, Marvin, Edward, Marian and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hultquist (Shurtz); his son Kerry Hultquist; his granddaughters, Lily Kay and Isabella Lee Keebler; and his siblings, Larry Hultquist (Teresa), Joyce Neveau, Linda Hultquist, Donna Lockhart Wonnacott and Diane Mundt.
He was a past president of the Quest Club, former board member of the Embassy Foundation, member of Volunteer Lawyers, past member of the Mental Health Association and past board member of the 13th step house.
