He is survived by: his father Daniel Hall; his stepparents, Juli Hall and Eugene Bartlett; his siblings, Monica Herbst, Gina Brooks and Christalee Keesler (Chris); his stepsiblings, Suzy Sowers, Jacob Cowan (Cami), Jennifer Cashore (Jayme) and Jessica Bollett; and his children, Janelle Kratzchmar (Rob) and Nicholas Hall.
