She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Horn and Elaine Feldner; and her brother Edward Horn. She is survived by: her children, Domineek "Nikki" Smith (Nicholas), Candyse Trimm, Jessica Trimm and Chase McAllister (Brandi); her grandchildren, Carianna, Bryant, Izayah, Alyiah, Aniya, Carison, Addisyn, Ainsley, Nicholas Jr. and Anthony; and her siblings, Evon Mumma (Scott), Raymond Horn (Carrie), Charles Horn, Stewart Horn, Jennifer Modglin (Justin) and James Horn. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
