He is survived by: his wife Christie Coons; his children, Kelsey Birdsong (Chris), Lanae Elias (Chris), Duston Butler (Gabi) and Tyler Coons; his grandchildren, Danyl, Allysen, Hayzel, Grace, Fenix and Colsen; and his siblings, James Sage, Chris Coons and Amanda Yates.
