It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lee Murphy Sr. (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Sherwood, Ohio, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVon Murphy and Vivian Murphy; his son Jeffrey Allen Murphy; and his siblings, Claude, Charles, Raymond, Richard Murphy, Coral Martin and Grace Oberlin.

He is survived by: his wife Doris Murphy; and his sons, Ferlin Murphy (Melissa) of Fort Wayne, IN and Robert Lee Murphy Jr. (Cathy) of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the family in care of Doris Murphy.
