Robert Lee Brames Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Lee Brames (Fort Wayne, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 9, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict Brames and Luella Brames; his former wife Karen Brames; and his siblings, Dorothy Vevia, Eugene Brames, Richard Brames and Patricia Snow.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Brames; his children, Timothy Brames (Brenda), Christopher Brames, Joseph Brames, Lisa Gerber (Adam), Cheryl Bell, Michael Fryback, Victoria McKinley and Connie Bodeker; and his sisters, Lois Neuhaus (George), Judith Lortie and Sharon Fosnaugh (John). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Blackhawk Ministries (7400 E State Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46815).
