He is survived by: his daughter Leann Cummins of Fort Wayne, IN; his former wife Sharon Taddio (Wayne) of Fort Wayne; his aunt Marjorie A Bourne; his cousins, Nancy Kimbel (Terry) and Dan Bourne (Stephany); his nephew John Warren (Trudy Miller); and his nieces, Debra Stone and Vicky Berkey (Todd).
