With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Eugene Vollmer DDS (Fort Wayne, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2024 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. and Mary C. Vollmer (Sprunger); and his siblings, Donald Ray Vollmer and Cynthia Jean Murray (Vollmer). He is survived by: his wife Rosie Vollmer of Huntertown, IN; his children, Sonya A. Shively (Chris) and Randall E; and his stepdaughters, Melanie A. Timmerman (Dean) and Patricia K. Burden. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and three nephews.

Memorials may be made to Parkview Hospice or to the donors choice.
