He is survived by: his children, Teresa Penny (Thomas) of Ft Wayne, IN, Robert L Stannard (Carol) of Hoagland and Kenneth Eugene Stannard (Julie) of Tye, Texas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
