She is survived by: her sons, Sean Hayes of Fort Wayne and Andrew Hayes (Christina) of Leo, IN; her grandchildren, Alyssa Hayes and Connor Hayes; her great grandchild Kamden; and her siblings, Renee Procise of Fort Wayne, Dan Procise of Fort Wayne and Becky Procise of Fort Wayne.
