It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L O'Connor of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Donald and Ruby June O'Connor (Aughinbaugh); and his great grandchild Theodore Donnelly. He is survived by: his wife Gloria O'Connor of Fort Wayne; his children, Timothy O'Connor (Jennifer) of Wolcottville and Kathy Mertz (Scott) of Roanoke; his grandchildren, Kyle O'Connor (Kayla) of Kendallville, Andrew O'Connor (Kaitlyn) of Spencerville, Chase Mertz of Roanoke and Mackenzie O'Connor of Fort Wayne; his great grandchild Kody O'Connor; and his sister Sandra Lemon (Robert) of Fort Wayne.
