He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey J. Hershberger; his parents, Robert I. Hershberger and Johanna G. Hershberger; his brother Robert B. Hershberger; and his sister-in-law Barbara Hershberger.
He is survived by: his children, Lance R. Hershberger, Troy R. Hershberger (Margaret) and Lita J. Mello (David); and his caregiver Lisa Grahovac. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Most Precious Blood Catholic Church (1529 Barthold St, Fort Wayne, IN 46808).
