He is survived by: his wife Judy Rohrbach (Cummings); his daughters, Debbie Scheumann (Keith) and Lisa Scheumann (Jim); his grandchildren, Melissa Dorrel (Dustan), Brock Scheumann (Clarissa), Kari Robin (Nick), Kyle Scheumann (Amber), Cory Scheumann (Jessica), Connor Scheumann (Hannah), Cody Scheumann (Caitlin Moore), Brooke Scheumann and Hayley Gerig (Noah); and his great grandchildren, Klayton, Porter, Braylon, Desmond, Savannah, Paige, Madelyn, Mackenzie, Aria, Kendall, Kelsey, Carly, Alice, Greyson, Norah and Amor'a.
Memorials in Richard's memory may be made to Waynedale United Methodist Church or Riley Children's Hospital.
