He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Helen; his stepfather Ed Crist; and his sister Barbara Schmidt. He is survived by: his wife Rose (Egts); his children, Rhonda Berg (Bill) and Rob (Nicole); his grandson Dominic; his brother Alan; his nieces, Andrea and Angie; and his nephew Adam.
