He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Fowler and Reatha Mae Fowler (Branch); and his brothers, Kenneth and Timothy Fowler. He is survived by: his girlfriend Margie Hiatt; his children, Jennifer Fletcher of Waterloo, IN, Bryan Hiatt of Pittsburg, PA, Jacqueline Hiatt of Grabill, IN and Amanda Erhardt of Fort Wayne, IN; and his siblings, Wesley Branch of Millstadt, IL, Joe Lewis Fowler of Springfield, IL, Michael Fowler of Springfield, IL, Keith (Gwen), Andrew Fowler Sr. of Dallas, TX, Tereatha Fowler of Springfield, IL and Betty Fowler of Springfield, IL. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
