He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Shadle and Raymond Shadle; his siblings, Vera Taylor and Matthew Shadle Sr.; his nephew Richard Shadle Jr.; his brother Richard Shadle Sr.; his nephews, Nathan Shadle, Cody Shadle, Joshua Shadle, Joshua Bercot and Joey Bercot; and also, Amy Shadle, Karen and Joe Bercot.
He is survived by: his nieces, Briana Shadle, Kaylynn Longardener, Amber, Autumn and Megan Taylor.
