It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ray Collins of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on August 13, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Collins and Jane H. Collins (Hiscox); his sister Mary C. Cook; and his granddaughter Rachel A. Brown. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah C. St. Charles, Half, Elizabeth C. Brown of Dayton, OH and Mary Martha Collins. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials are to Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fort Wayne or donor's choice in care of McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington, IN 46750.
