He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Mudrack and Louise Mudrack; and his son William Mudrack. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mudrack of Fort Wayne, IN; and his sons, Daniel Mudrack (Cheryl) of Fort Wayne, IN, Michael Mudrack of Fort Wayne, IN, Tony Mudrack (Beth) of Fort Wayne, IN and David Mudrack of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grand and great great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Allen County Fairgrounds.
