She is survived by: her children, Ralph Banasiak (Ellen), Becky Code (Mary Beth), Bobbie Castleman (Richard Rucker) and Rhonda Cochran (Mike); and her grandchildren, Mike Banasiak (Lauren), Tom Banasiak (Anne), Justin Castleman (Stacey), Lauren Vega (Cristian), Calin Ostler (Grant) and A. J. Cochran. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
