He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mitchell and Mabel Juanita Mitchell (Brunty). He is survived by: his wife Linda Mitchell; and his children, Wendy Gamez, Stacy Mitchell, Phillip Mitchell, Jr. (Megan), Rebecca Slusser (Steven), Rhonda Rennels (Ron), Angela Bazzinett, Victoria Ormiston and Tamra Richardson (Travis). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; three sisters and two brothers; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
