He is survived by: his pet Bella; his wife Gloria Garcia; his daughter Monica Anjelica Garcia Clark (Tim) of Roanoke; his granddaughter Madeline Adriana Plascencia of Roanoke; his siblings, Connie Mehra, Cecilia Tyler (Joel), Christina Moreno, Carolina Morgan (Jason) of Fort Wayne, Luis Garcia (Teresa) of Fort Wayne and Armando Garcia (Lucy) of Fort Wayne; and his siblings-in-law, Ana Garcia of Allendale, MI, Bacilio Garcia, Jr. (Lila) of Fort Wayne, Irene Rodriguez of Fort Wayne and Amelia Deleon (Eddie) of Fort Wayne.
