He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Cummins and Lena Mildred Cummins (Dafforn). He is survived by: his sister Mary Kruse (Cummins); his daughters, Paula Ann Poirier (Mark) and Penny Jo Egly (David); and his wife Pat (Shaffer). He is also survived by two daughters and their spouses; nine loving grandchildren; 18 adored great grandchildren; one sister; and a number of close cousins.
