He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Kelley and Mildred Kelley (Dirkes). He is survived by: his wife Joy (Fawley); his children, Wendy Kramer (Bill), Kathy (Carl), Ritchie, Brian Kelley (Robin) and Timothy Kelley (Kim); and his brother Michael Kelley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 3 step-great grandchildren.
